Hannah is an Associate on the talent and recruiting team for Craft Ventures, working primarily on leadership sourcing across the portfolio. Prior to Craft, she was a Senior Analyst at SPMB, an industry leading executive search firm, where she spent 2+ years focused on Private Equity-backed Software. She was one of the first hires to SPMB’s New York office and East Coast presence.

Hannah graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies and French.
